1. Who We Are

CPH-DealFlo is operated by Caudate Putamen Holding Corp® of Delaware. We provide a software platform for deal document organization, AI compliance assessment, and deal workflow management. We are not a data broker, financial institution, or third-party marketing service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: Name, email, company, phone number — collected during signup
• KYC identity data: Government-issued photo ID (front & back) or passport. Stored encrypted. Never shared, sold, or transmitted to any third party under any circumstance.
• Deal documents: Files you upload for AI compliance review. Processed within our system only. Never used to train external AI models. Never transmitted externally.
• Session & audit data: Login timestamps, feature usage, call logs — required for compliance and audit trail purposes.
• Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. CPH-DealFlo never sees, stores, or transmits your card or bank details.

3. What We Will Never Do

• Share, sell, rent, or transmit your personal data or documents to any third party — ever
• Use your deal documents or KYC data for any purpose other than your own compliance workflow
• Allow any government agency, financial institution, or other entity to access your data without a valid legal order directed to us specifically
• Use your information for advertising or marketing purposes
• Commingle your data with other clients' data

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. KYC documents are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage with no external access. Access logs are maintained for all data access events. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade servers with SOC 2 compliance.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 7 years as required for AML compliance recordkeeping. KYC documents are retained for 5 years post-account closure. You may request deletion of non-required data by emailing contact@cphdealflo.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of non-required data, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Submit requests to contact@cphdealflo.com. We respond within 30 days.
